- Now the government is based upon the ambitious climate change policies and strategies and concrete proposals to create a Sweden without climate emissions by 2050. The roadmap should be used as leverage to create new businesses and jobs throughout the country. It is necessary for Sweden to compete in the new green markets that are emerging internationally, said Mr Andreas Carlgren the Minister of Environment.
